2012/Sophomore: Had a terrific season in his first full campaign as a starter, winning first team All-Big Ten honors after finishing second in the league with 115 tackles... Named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week twice... Had eight tackles, two sacks and an interception return for a touchdown in a win at Penn State... Had 12 tackles and a key forced fumble at the goal line in a win at Wisconsin... Had 70 solo tackles, which was most by an Ohio State player in ten years... 2011/Freshman: Came to Ohio State with loads of potential and promise and delivered on it early, playing in 13 games and making 57 tackles, three sacks and five TFL... Started in three games due to the injury of starting linebacker Andrew Sweat... Had 15 tackles in his first career start vs. Penn State... Blocked a punt that led to a key touchdown in Ohio State's thrilling 33-29 win over Wisconsin... Had 10 tackles against Florida in the Gator Bowl.

[B]High School/Personal:[/b] Was ranked No. 127 overall in the country, the No. 26 recruit in Florida and the No. 8 OLB in the nation by 247Sports... Had a 247Sports rating of 94, making him a 4-star prospect... Originally committed to Florida but switched to Ohio State a short time before enrolling in the winter of 2011... Under Armour All-American... Was All-State as a senior, registering 87 tackles, 19.5 sacks, four forced fumbles and four blocked kicks... Majoring in psychology.
