Taylor Bowen

Bowen is a long and athletic forward that thrives in an up-and-down, open court game. He’s rangy, elastic, and exceptionally mobile for his size, covering the court with long and fluid strides, able to make smooth changes of direction, and effortlessly rise up to play way above the rim. His best upside is on the defensive end of the floor where his physical tools should ultimately allow him to be multi-positional, switchable, and a playmaker who can fly around the court, jump into passing lanes, and block some shots at the rim. Offensively, he’s best in transition right now where he can fill lanes, finish, and sometimes even start the break himself. He’s more limited in a half-court game, and working to become a more consistent shooter, but has untapped potential as a rebounder, grab-and-go style playmaker, and a hybrid type of mismatch forward.
