Marcus Lee

A 2013 McDonald's All-American, Lee quickly worked his way into the starting lineup as a freshman, but an illness near midseason quickly derailed his season and he found minutes hard to come by in SEC player. After a season-ending injury to Willie Cauley-Stein, Lee returned to the court for a surprising 10-point, 8-rebound performance vs. Michigan in the Elite Eight to earn Midwest Region NCAA All-Tournament Team honors. As a sophomore Lee played in all 39 games as a member of the Wildcats' second platoon but he saw his minutes decrease as the season progressed and consensus first-team All-American Willie Cauley-Stein's role expanded. Lee averaged 2.6 points and 2.7 rebounds in 10.9 minutes per game as a sophomore.
