Jamarques Lawrence

A little on the small side for a shooting guard at a thin 6-3. Is a decent athlete. Not explosive but has body control and good feet. A top notch shooter. Has a compact, smooth and quick shooting release. Shoots well cutting off screens. Off the dribble is more of a pull up guy than get to the rim guy. Doesn't yet have the strength and quickness with the ball to be a rim attacker but does a great job of creating space for his jumper. Is a solid secondary ball handler and distributor. Has a feel for scoring and for defending. A good off the ball defender. Still needs to build up strength to improve as an on the ball defender and a rebounder.
