Dwayne Pierce

Pierce is a powerful wing who already possesses college level strength and he loves to play with physicality that matches that strength. He looks to drive the ball as often as possible and is able to play through most contact that comes his way.

One of the most intriguing things about Pierce is his potential as a playmaker for others. While the just over 2.5 assists per game he averaged in Nike's EYBL doesn't scream setup man, it is important to note that he was playing alongside the nation's No. 2 ranked player Dylan Harper and that Harper handled the bulk of the ball handling duties.

Though he's not a high-flying athlete, Pierce will surprise at times and he's a smart defender who understands how to use his strength. A college weight room should do a good job of leaning him up a bit and aside from that the most important thing for him moving forward will be ti become more of a consistent threat with the jumper. He's not a poor shooter but does benefit at times from looks that are a little more open than he'll get on the next level due to defenders playing off of him to deter him from driving the ball.
