Imposing, dual-threat quarterback prospect that ran for just over 3,000 yards his first three years at the prep level. Not the most polished passer, but can get the ball into the deeper third and has the juice to attack over the middle. Loves to improvise and has the feet to buy himself time and extend plays. Measured in at just over 6-foot-1, 225 pounds spring before senior season and that college-ready frame makes it hard for defenders to get him on the ground, whether that be in the pocket or in the open field. In-person evaluation revealed a more build-up release, which might need to be altered a bit depending on the scheme and system at the next level. Should be viewed as a physical signal caller that can win games on Saturdays and create some excitement with his legs while finding windows to utilize the arm.
