Right around the average size and build for his position. Comes across as a little bit thicker than average though on the hoof. Very physical player. Can come down into the box and be comfortable taking on blocks and supporting the run. Also is effective in press-man and gets his hands on receivers and re-directs them at the line of scrimmage. Has good technique in man to man and also has experience doing that. Pure straight line speed and explosiveness can still be improved. Projects as a strong safety or rover/nickel in some systems. Has the package of skills to be multiple because he can cover a tight end or a back and also play in space and tackle. Plays hard and is well schooled and all that put together should make him a reliable starter at a Power 5 program.
