Possesses relatively limited on-field context after being at three different programs in two years; also tore meniscus prior to his junior campaign and returned mid-season. Verified at a shade under 6-foot-3 and 265 pounds in the spring of 2023, Wilson’s wide shoulders, thick trunk, and 6-foot-8 plus wingspan suggest he maintains the growth potential to add an additional 20 pounds to his frame at the collegiate level. A two-way prospect that displays above average athleticism on both sides of the ball, Wilson demonstrates the ability to offer multiple roles in an even front as he eventually projects as an interior defender at the next level. A quick twitch explosive prospect, the Henry Wise standout flashes the ability to win with his first step initial quickness at the point of attack while displaying some natural power and play strength to move opposing offensive lineman off the line of scrimmage. A natural athlete with the twitch, power, and versatility to develop into a high-level contributor at a Power-Four program, Wilson’s projection ultimately relies on his on-field availability.
