Trai Jones

Has a well-proportioned build with significant muscle mass and little bad weight. Shorter in stature than most top offensive linemen, but has very long arms which translate well to line play. Tests as a high level athlete for the position as he consistently rips off sub 5.0 second 40-yard dash times at several different events. His athleticism transfers to the field where he's played on both sides of the ball for one of the better high school programs in South Carolina. Plays with good leverage and uses his lower pad level and strength to anchor on contact. Unsurprisingly, he moves well at the second level. Has the ability to play any of the positions along the interior offensive line. Will need to continue honing his technique at the point of attack in addition to pass protection. Should see an uptick in mass and weight gain once he gets to college. Projects as a multi-year starter at the Power Five level with the upside of developing into a NFL Draft pick.
