2013 (Jr.): Played in seven games, starting all seven… Finished the season at KU’s second-leading receiver with 24 receptions for 333 yards and one touchdown… Averaged 13.9 yards per catch… Also carried the ball 24 times for 163 yards for an average of 6.8 yards per carry… Led Kansas with two receptions for 32 yards in the season-opening win over South Dakota... Also had five carries for 47 yards, averaging 9.4 yards per carry… Had four catches for 95 yards and a touchdown at Rice... Recorded a career long reception with a 77-yard touchdown catch against the Owls… Set a new career-high with nine receptions for 82 yards in the win over LA Tech... Also had five carries for 27 yards vs. the Bulldogs... 2012 (So.): Selected All-Big 12 Honorable Mention by both the league’s coaches and the Associated Press... Played in 11 games... Missed the Oklahoma State game with an injury... Started nine games at halfback... Finished seventh in the Big 12 with 69.1 yards per game... Rushed for 760 yards on 117 carries and four touchdowns... Also added 291 yards and two touchdowns on 21 receptions... Tallied 100-plus yards on the ground in three games, including the first 200-yard by a Jayhawk since 2006... Rushed for 125 yards on 20 carries with a pair of touchdowns in the season opener against South Dakota State... Amassed 120 yards on 19 carries against Rice... Became first Jayhawk with back-to-back 100-yard rushing efforts since James Sims during the first two games of 2011... Tallied a career-best six catches for 99 yards against TCU... 2011 (Fr.): Played in 11 games, missing the Iowa State game... Averaged 5.6 yards on 71 carries... Carried five times for 73 yards, including a 13-yard touchdown run, in career debut against McNeese State... Broke off a 47-yard run in the second quarter, the third-longest run of the season by a Jayhawk... Gained 37 yards on four attempts against Northern Illinois... Ran the ball a season-high nine times for 46 yards against Texas Tech... Also had two kickoff returns for 34 yards against the Red Raiders... Scored second touchdown of the season at Oklahoma State... Gained 54 yards on six carries at OSU... Added 20 yards on three carries against Oklahoma... Ran the ball eight times for 70 yards, including a 34-yard touchdown, against Baylor... His 34-yard scamper was his second-longest of the season... Rushed for 33 yards on 11 carries in Border Showdown, where he also compiled 31 yards receiving... Had pass receptions in KU’s final six games... One of 10 true freshmen to play in 2011.

High School: Ranked as the eighth-best “athlete” in the nation by Rivals.com... Also listed as the fourth-best overall prospect in the state of Illinois by Rivals.com... Considered the top recruit in the St. Louis area by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch... In his career he ran for 5,661 yards, breaking the 1,000-yard mark all four seasons... Scored a total of 76 touchdowns in his prep career... As a senior he rushed for 1,408 yards and 22 touchdowns on just 120 carries (11.7 per attempt) in 10 games... Played his first three seasons at Gateway Tech... Earned Class 4 all-state honors in Missouri as a sophomore.
