Massive offensive lineman with immense size. Tall, broad, and long. Has measured anywhere from 6-4 3/4 to 6-6 so height is no issue. Great length with 35-inch arms. Two-sport athletic profile includes shot put and discus, the former being his strength. Angry field demeanor. Ratcheted up the violence during senior season. Mauler in the run game who relishes finishing blocks to the ground. Second-level menace who tracks targets in space much better than a player of his size should. Displays impressive get-off quickness and consistent contact conviction. Flashes devastating punch ability with concrete in his hands. Looks for more work when necessary. Keeps feet pumping when engaged. Casts a large shadow on the edge. Capable of swallowing up and overwhelming rushers who attempt to dip under. Size and length present sizable road block in a rusher's path to the QB. Works to bend and play with leverage, but natural center of gravity compromises pad level. Adequate lateral mobility, especially relative to size, but can still get more fluid. Will need to watch his weight and conditioning. Checked in at 344 at the 2022 All-American Bowl, an encouraging sign as that was down from previous verified weigh-ins. Provides valuable position versatility with length and functional athleticism to play outside, but strength and nastiness to play guard. Competently played left guard during All-American Bowl week. Showed toss-around strength in 1-on-1 reps vs. elite talent. Got out over his feet and compromised body control at times. Nevertheless, noticeably improved from junior to senior seasons. Projects to the high-major level as a potential multi-year starter. Could develop into a bona fide high-round NFL Draft prospect.
