Prototypical running back build with virtually college-ready size. Adequate height and good bulk. Won't need to add much weight in college. Violent runner with strength to break arm tackles. More of a tackle-breaker than a juker, but has shown ability to do either in high school. Dangerous one-cut runner with explosive burst offer the plant. Defenses must beware of his jump-cutting ability. Flashes a good shimmy in the hole to make first defender miss. Generally patient runner with good vision. Allows blocks to materialize. Does not get caught dancing. Shows enough speed to bounce to the perimeter when available. Capable of high-volume workload at the next level. Runs with adequate speed but can improve the top end. At times has some wasted motion in his gait. Pad level consistency can improve to maximize run strength and finishing power. One of the top backs in Texas for his class and a bona fide high-major prospect. Should become a Power Five feature back with potential to reach the NFL Draft.
