Undersized scatback type who's proven high-volume capability for perennial Texas big-school powerhouse. Runs harder and stronger than verified size (5-7, 169 in Spring 2022) suggests.

Dynamic in the hole with excellent first-move juice. Slippery in elusiveness and relative strength. Great at running low and shrinking his target.

Shows very good downhill burst and explodes off cuts. Does not gear down much at all when redirecting. More of a slasher than size would suggest but also can string a couple moves together at the second level.

Top-end play speed is good, as evidenced by big-play ability against Texas 6A competition. Multi-sport participation adds valuable context. Several 100-meter times in the 11.2 range with one sub-11.00 that was strongly wind-aided. May actually play faster than track times indicate. Outstanding production in counting stats and per carry rate with 9.6 average across 438 rushes in 2020-21.

Lack of size and frame length put a cap on physical and developmental upside. Hails from a more traditional, run-oriented scheme with lack of desired pass-catching opportunities. Willing participant in blitz pickup but diminutive build could become a liability vs. Power Five competition in those scenarios.

One of the most fun prospects to watch in this 2023 TXHSFB recruiting class. No denying production and "eye test" re: film. Despite physical stature, certainly has a place in today's game and plays with the type of functional athleticism to foster game plan creativity.
