Sam Robinson

Off-ball linebacker prospect with a projectable frame that can play in space. Came in at roughly 6-foot-3, 205 pounds spring after junior season and tested favorably well with a 4.3 effort in the short shuttle to go along with a 9-foot, 2-inch broad jump. Oftentimes aware of his surroundings and is quick to diagnose. Can get off his fair share of blocks, but get better at stacking and shedding. Excels in pursuit and will come across the field to make a stop. Wasn’t asked to man-up with a ton of tight ends and running backs at the prep level, but has proven to be rather effective in zone coverage. Likely going to need some time before he’s ready to go on Saturdays, but possesses plenty of developmental upside.
