Burly interior defensive lineman with active hands that can shoot gaps and create negative plays. Measured roughly 6-foot-1.5, 280 pounds spring before senior season and came in with 33.5-inch arms. Naturally low center of gravity allows him to bend and forklift obstacles while a powerful lower half gives him a chance against most double-teams. Flashed impressive range at the prep level and frequently made stops in pursuit. Isn’t always going to be the strongest man in the middle, which means that he must keep evolving and growing as a player, but should be viewed as a potential multi-year starter/contributor at the Power Five level with plenty of developmental upside given how he moves. Could settle in as a 0, 1 or 3-technique depending on the scheme and how his body matures.
