Owns a slender frame with a narrow waist, but should be able to add 15-20 pounds and retain his superb athletic tools. One of the quicker first steps of any edge rusher in the 2024 recruiting cycle, backed up by elite short-area combine testing. Relentless pursuer of the football which leads to plenty of high-effort tackles at the point of attack or in chase-down scenarios from the backside of the play. Flashes acute awareness against screens making split-second decisions to attack the ball or disengage and redirect to the intended target which highlights his high football IQ. Could contribute at the Power Five level earlier than anticipated as a situational pass rusher, but has the well-rounded skillset to eventually become a disruptive three-down playmaker. Combination of athletic tools and the ability to quickly diagnose and react make him one of the premier edge rushers in his class with immense developmental upside that could lead to an early-round NFL Draft selection.
