Fits the mold of a hybrid, overhang type of player. Can play true safety or come down in the box. Very solid in all aspects of tackling -- takes good angles, hits with power and realiably wraps up. Same qualities make him an excellent special teamer as well. Has good technical cover skills as far as backpedal and transition and has shown ball skills on offense. Can still get faster and more sudden. Is capable of fitting into any defensive scheme. Projects first as a hybrid but has the body type to grow into a true linebacker.
