Kyler Kasper

Looking the part at 6-foot-5 and 197-pounds you have a prototype outside wide receiver. With wide shoulders and great overall defined frame he has more than ample room to fill out and add mass. His length is a major asset. He is an above average athlete who has excellent explosiveness. You see examples of this on the field and with his dunking ability on the basketball court.

Kasper has the ability to add at least another 10 to 15 pounds of muscle that will only make him that much more of a complete player.
He has nice soft hands, where he plucks the ball out of the air. A major trait that he has is his ability to be able to track the ball with ease and make tough catches. Because of his excellent size and length his catch radius is something that gives defensive backs issues when covering him. It’s a positive for quarterbacks who know that he can make the play when the ball isn’t always pinpoint. In the 50/50 department is where he high-points the ball. He makes himself even more of a factor for the constant win in this category. More than enough speed as well as because of his stride length he closes the cushion on db’s to get even with them where he can run by them and stack them on vertical routes. Solid quickness to get in and out of his breaks, does a nice job of not losing speed once he has to make a cut therefore enabling him to separate. Comfortable coming off the ball and avoiding the defense with his release into his route. Improved his rac ability to make him even more of a playmaker.

Understanding his overall skill and what he brings to the table is a good trait that he has. Finishing his junior year with 943 yards with 53 catches show the production that he brings to the table including 9 touchdowns.
