Kevin Knowles II

A short, compact build. Quick-footed defender with natural instincts that has a knack for finding the football. Fluid in the lower body with good leg drive. Sniffs out screens and sheds blocks to make plays. Comfortable in man coverage and solid against the run. Split time at both cornerback and safety as a junior. Could be a future nickel. Will need to improve speed and try to add another gear. Also has to fill out in the upper half. One of the better coverage players in South Florida for his grade. Should develop into a starter at a Power 5 program and likely won’t need much time to get adjusted to the college game given skillset.
