Karsen Barnhart

Right on the border of the average height for a tackle-guard prospect. Has spent time in the weight room and has a good muscle base and excellent strength coming out of high school. Multi-sport athlete who moves around the field quickly and with better coordination than most prospects his size. Plays with excellent intensity and motor. Was a high school tight end, but has a lot of blocking experience and did well in camp settings as an offensive tackle. Will have some catching up to do since he is coming from tight end, but was not as raw as expected at those camp stops. Will need to add some weight to compete at the Power 5 level, but has great upside. Projects as a tackle first, but could move to other line positions if needed. May need some time, but has high-end athletic gifts and excellent intangibles.
