Kade Eldridge

Eldridge is one of the top jumbo athletes in the region, he projects to tight end in college but for his team, he lines up as a running back. So imagine a Power 5 tight end lining up in the backfield and well, it isn't a great matchup for opposing defenses. His ability to break tackles is about what you'd expect for a guy of his size- but defensive linemen were bouncing off him just as much as linebackers and defensive backs. Eldridge runs with force and runs with power. While there wasn't many targets with him out wide, he's still a playmaker with the ball in his hands so Lynden Christian does a good job of giving him the ball and letting him use his size and speed and athleticism to churn out yards and pick up a ton of them after initial contact. With his vision and ability to run with the ball, perhaps he'll be used as a goalline back, but either way, you can see why his future is on offense.
