Jordan Washington

Washington is not just a big time football player but one of the top sprinters in the state as well. He finished second at the state meet last Spring with a 10.44-100m time and had four other sub 10.40 times during the season with a 10.31 personal best. His explosiveness definitely carried over to the football field and he’s a threat to score every time he touches the rock. He averaged over 13 yards a carry as as junior but battled some injuries as a senior and wasn’t as productive. He has a slight frame (think current Arizona RB Rayshon Luke) so adding a ton of weight might not be easy for him but he still shows the potential to be an impact player. We actually liked him early on in high school as a corner because of his smaller frame and explosiveness but he’ll start out at running back and should impact in the return game as well.
