Conventional cornerback frame with enough size to play inside or out. Strong fundamentals and quickness out of breaks. Fluid hips. Enough speed and power to break on ball downhill or play at apex. Plus ball skills to compete at point of contact. Not overly aggressive, but physical enough to compete in press. Quick and savvy zone defender. Feisty competitor with mentality to play sub/nickel role and aid in run support. Above-average arm length a weapon early in route. Considerable wide receiver experience at prep level. Coming off torn ACL may need time to be ready for Power 5 workload but should develop into multi-year contributor when healthy with middle round NFL Draft potential.
