Jameel Croft

Good player early in his high school career but really took off as a senior, ending with his best season. Good size and length and has experience playing cornerback, safety and wide receiver. Played less offense as a junior based on need but stepped up and made big plays on offense as a senior showing more speed and ball skills. Projection to the next level is as a big outside corner or safety more than receiver though. Will need to show he has the closing and long speed to play corner at a high-major level, but has the physicality, athleticism and size to play at the Power Five level. Could be a combo guy who can play in more than one spot, but growth and development curve is headed upwards and senior year made that abundantly clear.
