Barrel-chested with a wide frame that is filled out. Thick neck and upper body. Strong, but limited athletically in terms of movement and explosion. Plays guard for one of the top high school programs nationally. Excels as a run blocker in close quarters. Has strong hands and gets a push once engaged with defenders. Plays with a high effort level and finishes blocks with authority. Advanced with strength and hand placement. Lacks positional versatility, primarily projecting as a guard and likely right guard at the next level. Athleticism creates some limitations at the second level and in pass protection. Could outperform his athletic traits at the college level due to his effort level and good coaching. Projects as a likely Power 5 starter. Could be a late-round NFL draft selection.
