Recorded two tackles at Duke... Had one solo stop and a fumble recovery against Central Michigan... Had two tackles against Texas... Recorded two tackles at West Virginia... Made two tackles against Oklahoma State... Notched two tackles at Texas Tech... Had one tackle at Baylor... Made three tackles and had a quarterback hurry against Iowa State... 2013 (So.): Started all 12 games at BUCK… Finished the season with 34 tackles, including 7.5 TFLs… Ranked second on the team with 3.0 sacks… Recorded an interception (returned 54 yards), two pass breakups, a quarterback hurry and a blocked kick… Earned his first career start vs. South Dakota... Tallied three total tackles, with two being solos... Credited with 1.0 sack for a loss of eight yards... Also had 1.5 TFLs for a loss of nine yards… Registered five stops at Rice... Credited with his first career pass breakup vs. LA Tech... Recorded 2.0 TFLs against Texas Tech... Had five total tackles vs. the Red Raiders, tying his career high... Tallied four stops against TCU, including two solos... Recorded two quarterback hurries and a solo tackle at Northern Illinois... Collected first-career sack at Oklahoma... Recorded a career-high five solo tackles against Iowa State... Made three tackles, including a pair of TFLs, at West Virginia.

2011 (Fr.): Redshirted his first year at KU.

High School: A two-time First-Team 5A-21 All-District selection after both his junior and senior seasons... Earned All-Southeast Texas First-Team honors... Named to Beaumont Enterprise and Port Arthur News Super Gold Team... Finished his career with 259 tackles, including 20 sacks... As a senior had 110 tackles, three sacks and 10 pass break ups... Recorded 69 tackles with 10 tackles for loss, seven sacks and one interception as a junior... Played basketball as a freshman... Named to district all-academic team.

Personal: Born in Beaumont, Texas... Son of Ben and Latrissa Goodman... Has traveled the country competing in calf roping in rodeos... Has one sister... Earned his bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and sciences in June 2015.
