Moves well laterally and has good change of direction. Shows ability to stack and shed. Physical at point of contact and plays with a sense violence. Strong in one-on-one situations in space. Developed his ability to sift through traffic and locate ball carrier in congested quarters in the box. Has closing speed toward ball carrier. Has developed patience in waiting for play to develop instead of shooting gaps too quickly. Needs to be more consistent with gap recognition. Developing coverage skills and being consistent with depth drops in the passing game is important. Already strong in lower body but has to continue to develop upper body strength. Multi-year starter with all-conference potential at Top 25 program. Late-round NFL draft potential.
