Projection
Power-5 StarterHad a standout senior season culminating with a big state title game performance. Track guy with good straight-line speed that includes a 10.91 in the 100-meter dash. Coming out of high school, he can project as a defensive back or a running back. Has some dynamic ability with the ball in his hands but also has the twitch and makeup speed to excel in coverage as a corner or nickel. Solidly put together, but is not as tall for corner. As a running back, he is dynamic but would have to show he can run between the tackles and move the chains as an every down back at the Power Five level. Explosive athlete though who will no doubt find a home to contribute and also as a return man. The way he finished his senior year makes us believe he is an impact player at the next level.

Also competes in track and field.
Iowa state champion in the long jump as a junior with a 24-2.5 in May 2022. Also long jumped 24-10 and 23-11 during outdoor season, along with 24-1 in indoor season, all in Spring 2022. Also qualified for the outdoor state finals in the 100 meters. Ran a personal-best 10.91 100 and a 22.43 200 in April 2022. Placed second in the Iowa indoor 60-meter state final with a 7.03.
